The video shows the origin of Robo Redneck aka The Six Million Dollar Honky. In the visuals, the animated version of lead singer Zac Brown is rebuilt as a man-robot hybrid, who hunts ducks, drinks beer and is very good at knife throwing as well as playing guitar, after he's nearly killed in an adventure in the woods.
The music video hints there will be a continuation to the story since it includes a teaser for Robo Redneck vs. Bionic Peckerwood at the end of it.
"The Wind" is the first single off Zac Brown Band's third major-label studio album "Uncaged", which is set to hit stores in the United States on July 10. The song itself was released in early June, and currently ranks 24th on the Hot Country Songs chart.
Frontman Zac Brown once called the upcoming effort "your basic country-Southern rock-bluegrass-reggae-jam record." He additionally gushed, "It's really about making people dance, you just don't let them go. There's a lot of songs on the record that when we play them live we'll extend out long. But it's really about just grabbing people in that pulse and then not letting them go that entire song."
Guitarist/keyboardist Clay Cook chimed in, "This is first record that we've made from start to finish in one thought, the previous albums have been a collection of songs... this is an album."
