Not only the former Mouseketeer, but the upcoming holiday set will also include duets with Rod Stewart and The Muppets. The British rocker will lend his voice in "Merry Christmas, Baby", while the famous puppets will be featured in "All I Need Is Love". Additionally, Cee-Lo will team up with a cappella group Straight No Chaser for a cover of "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch".
Set to drop in U.S. stores on October 30, the album is said to be a "soulful take on a host of Christmas classics," according to Cee-Lo himself. Other songs included in the track list are "White Christmas", "Silent Night", "What Christmas Means to Me" and "Run Rudolph Run" among others.
Cee-Lo will be joined by some of the featured guests from the album at "CeeLo and Friends", a concert which will take place at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas on October 10. The gig will be filmed and is set to premiere on Warner Music Group's YouTube channel on November 26.
