A new face will take over the reign from Grant Gustin's Sebastian at the Warblers. "Glee"
has cast Nolan Gerard Funk as Hunter, the new frontman of the Dalton
Academy's glee club, whose first goal is to lure Blaine back into the
fold in an attempt to win the national championships.
Unlike Sebastian whose arrival also rocked Blaine and Kurt's
relationship, Hunter won't be a threat to the couple since he's
described as being heterosexual. He will first appear in the seventh
episode of the currently airing season 4.
Funk previously landed roles on Nickelodeon's musical "Spectacular!", Syfy's "Warehouse 13" and HBO's "Angels in America". The Canadian actor/singer also appeared in Jennifer Lawrence-starring film "House at the End of the Street".
In another "Glee" news, Ryan Murphy recently tweeted a picture of Mark Salling
filming the FOX musical series in Los Angeles. The Puck depicter rocked
a superhero-themed costume which included red Mohawk, fake abs and a
cape.
